Join Friends of the ACFL to learn about trees! The forest is full of trees that provide food, shelter, and shade to all of our animals. Come spend the morning with us as we learn how trees fit into the ecosystem of a forest!

This hike is ideal for families with kids ages 0-10 and will include a slow, easy walk to accommodate our smallest hikers, a break for snack and story time, and a thematic craft or science activity. We welcome all who are looking to explore the forest with us, but please note that this hike will be at a much slower pace than our other community hikes.
